Learning Opportunities
Main Street Community Foundation offers “Learning Opportunities” for Nonprofits in 2013
Main Street Community Foundation has partnered with two local organizations to offer its Nonprofit Education Series. Deborah Polydys, principal of Strategic Management Resources LLC, a business advisory firm in Southington, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals Connecticut Chapter (AFP) will offer workshops and web/audioconferences, respectively, on topics of interest to enhance the development and knowledge of nonprofit professionals and volunteers. There will be four workshops with Deb Polydys and three web/audioconferences with AFP, each independent of the others.
All sessions with Deb Polydys and AFP will take place 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. at Tunxis@Bristol, located at 430 North Main Street in Bristol, CT. All sessions are offered at no charge to local nonprofits.
