This fund was established in 2025 by the Animal Rescue Foundation to honor the memory of Helen Lowe, and her husband Scott, who left a generous bequest to the Terryville organization. Scholarships will be available annually to graduating seniors from Terryville High School and Lakeview High School, who are pursuing post-secondary education or career training in the animal science field.
