Join Main Street Community Foundation’s Men & Boys’ Fund for the MVP Breakfast on June 8, 2023. The breakfast will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bristol, with seats at $35 person. Breakfast and registration will be from 7:30-8am, and the program will begin at 8am. The guest speaker for the event will be Freddie Coleman, a national radio host for ESPN who joined ESPN Radio in 2004 who co-hosts the weeknight radio show Freddie and Fitzsimmons with Ian Fitzsimmons. Prior to that, he hosted the Freddie Coleman Show, a weeknight radio show; he has also hosted NFL on ESPN Radio and makes appearances on ESPN’s First Take.

Proceeds from this event will support grants awarded from the Fund to programs assisting men and boys in Bristol, Burlington, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington, and Wolcott. Since its establishment in 2016, MSCF has awarded $41,200 in grants from the Men & Boys’ Fund to local organizations that work to make a positive impact on the lives of men and boys; in 2022 alone, $11,000 was awarded to six organizations.
