(November 9, 2018) – Your neighbors need your help.

Main Street Community Foundation is organizing a Holiday Give Back to benefit Brian’s Angels Homeless Outreach and their clients. The Community Foundation will be collecting winter hats, mittens, gloves and gently used coats through December 14, 2018. All items can be dropped off at the Foundation’s office at 120 Halcyon Drive in Bristol.

Heavy-duty, warm winter hats; water-proof mittens and gloves; and gently-used coats are being sought to benefit low-income and homeless individuals and families. The need is greater than ever and by donating you can make a positive change in the lives of someone in your own backyard.

All items will be donated to Brian’s Angels Homeless Outreach, which is dedicated to helping the Bristol homeless by supplying items such as toiletries, non-perishable foods, clothing, temporary shelter and supplies. They try to “fill a hole” for items that are not in the area agencies and for items outside their budgets.
