2019 Men & Boys' Fund Grants
Since 2016, the Men & Boys' Fund has awarded grants to organizations in Bristol, Burlington, Plainville, Plymouth, Southington and Wolcott. In 2019, $6,500 in grants were awarded to 5 organizations:
Boys & Girls Club of Bristol - $1,500
Passport to Manhood program for boys ages 6-12
Brian’s Angels Homeless Outreach - $1,500
Desktop computer, printer and software for a new education and career resource center for male clients
Bristol Family Resource Centers - $1,620
In the ZONE program for 5th grade boys in Bristol Schools
Environmental Learning Centers of CT - $880
Summer camperships for low-income boys
John J. Driscoll United Labor Agency - $1,000
Building Pathways CT program for men training for a career in the Building Trades
